Terms of Service

1. Service

White Ads designs, launches, and manages a local advertising campaign for the client's beauty business for the duration of the selected package, using AI-assisted targeting and ad generation reviewed by a human strategist.

2. Eligibility

This service is available to beauty businesses — including nail salons, microblading studios, skincare clinics, hair salons, and beauty clinics — operating within California.

3. No guaranteed results

Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including market conditions, local competition, and the client's own business operations, pricing, and availability. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, impressions, or dollar return.

4. Payment terms

The full package price is due in full at the time of sign-up, before the campaign begins. There is no per-click or per-lead billing.

5. No-refund policy

We believe in being clear rather than sorry later: all payments are final once a campaign has been signed and paid for. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including early cancellation, dissatisfaction with performance, or a change of mind. This policy is disclosed in full prior to signature and payment.

6. Electronic signature

By typing a full name and checking the agreement box during checkout, the client provides a legally binding electronic signature, consistent with the U.S. ESIGN Act, confirming they are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of the business named.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
